To lead efficient team guidance actions, sustainable and targetted on your needs, Authenteam rolls out a team coaching centric approach and relies on its area of
expertise : mountain and outdoor activities.
Our goal is to cultivate confidence relationships, to raise cooperation level and to improve the performance potential of your teams. Our aim : to see your team becoming stronger.

All our proposal is elaborated and led as defined in team coaching approach and aims at developping team cooperation and collective intelligence of your team.
In order to ensure a performance level and the sustainability of our actions, a certified coach guides your team all along the process. He observes, debriefs and gives his feed-back to the team, linkly to the real life in the company.

A along the development process,
we commonly conduct statements. 6 months later the end of the process, we also propose an assessment.

TLP-Navigator: Find out your talents and those of your collegues
TLP-Navigator model associates work functions (creativity, projects, plans, support…) and the talents of each team member (leader, maker, facilitator...). As it allows a better self knowledge and knowledge between the members of the team, TLP Navigator directly develops confidence and complementarity within the group.

In memoriam
Arnaud du Bellay
Arnaud is a former Amry officer, then leader in a multinational public transportation company.
He launched Authenteam in 2018, aiming at developing authentic relations in work teams and at taking part to an enhanced global performance thanks to cooperation and leadership.
Arnaud is team coach (RNCP certified) and TLP-Navigator® certified.
Céline Doucet Bateau
In 2010, Céline decided to work in mountain at full time, especially in the frame of team building actions.
She was passionate about natural environnement and human relations. She was so dynamic and smiling, always keen to help.
On 27th of February 2019 in La Meije Area, she died because of a terrible rockfall.
She was part of the launching team.
She continues to be part of it, in an other way.
May her soul rest in peace.
Grégoire Lestienne
Grégoire is a high mountain guide and an engineer as well. He worked in industry area before choosing to dedicate his whole life to mountain and HR consulting activities.
Highly specialized in stress and crisis management.
Fabienne Michaille
Fabienne Michaille helps leaders to improve their inner skills and to deeply transform. She edited a book in 2019, « manager avec son âme, la méthode des grands dirigeants pour mettre l’humain au cœur du travail » (Mame édition).
She is team coach certified and graduated of ESSEC business school.
Fabrice Hénon
In love with mountain and nature, Fabrice will show you amazing sites and areas during your team building experiences.
Thanks to his trainings, you will reveal your real nature, individually and collectively.
